Client Confidentiality Policy

The attorneys, accountants, and other tax professionals who retain the services of the Tax and Business Professionals, Inc. can be assured that any confidential information provided to the Tax and Business Professionals, Inc. for use in connection with the services it provides will remain confidential. Although it is not engaged in the practice of law, the principals of the Tax and Business Professionals, Inc. are attorneys and voluntarily follow the rules on confidentiality of client information that are applicable to attorneys, including rules on limiting access to such information. This means, among other things, that no confidential information provided to the Tax and Business Professionals, Inc. will be used for any purpose other than for providing the services requested or disclosed to any other person except to the extent required by law. 

Any professional who retains the services of the Tax and Business Professionals, Inc. can rely upon this policy, and this written policy will be considered part of any contract for services to be provided by the Tax and Business Professionals, Inc. This policy is intended, among other things, to satisfy the requirements of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) associated with the use of third-party service providers for any clients who are members of the AICPA or subject to its rules.
