From I-66:

Through Manassas City on local roads

I-66 to Centreville exit, Route 28, South (away from Dulles airport).

Follow 28 South through Manassas Park and Manassas.

Once you enter Olde Town Manassas, Route 28 South becomes Church Street.

At intersection of Route 28 South (Church Street) and Grant Avenue (Old 234), you are .8 miles from our office.

Pass Prince William Court House on right; Route 28 South becomes Nokesville Road

Pass All Saints Church, then Cardinal Bank, on your right.

At strip mall called Calvary Village (all the stores have red roofs), bear right off Nokesville Road onto Cockrell Road.

Pass a 7-Eleven and Sills Carwash on your left.

Turn immediately left into Ashton Professional Center. Make an immediate right and you will see 9835 Business Way on your left.

OR

Via the new bypass on Interstate highway type of road

I-66 to new route 234 South, Exit 44 ( You can only go South -Do NOT take 234 Business, also known as Sudley Road). At exit, you are about 5 miles from our office.

Route 234 South to Wellington Road (second light; also marked as Route 674). Turn left to Manassas.

Pass through lights at Rixlew Lane and Godwin Drive. Crossing over railroad tracks look for Cockrell Road, a small "country road" on left.

Turn left onto Cockrell Road and immediately cross more railroad tracks. Pass the Homestyle Inn on your right.

Turn right into Ashton Professional Center. Make an immediate left and you will see 9835 Business Way on your right.

From Prince William Parkway:

Go to end of Prince William Parkway; continue straight. The road narrows and becomes Fairview Avenue.

At Metz Jr. High School, Fairview Avenue becomes Richmond Avenue.

Follow Richmond Avenue, through the intersection at Route 234 (also known as Grant Avenue). When you cross Grant Avenue, Richmond Avenue becomes Wellington Road.

Continue on Wellington Road. Cross Route 28 (also known as Nokesville Road) and cross over Route 28. As soon as you pass over Route 28 look for Cockrell Road, the first possible right turn.

Turn right onto Cockrell Road and immediately cross railroad tracks. Pass the Homestyle Inn on your right.

Turn right into Ashton Professional Center. Make an immediate left and you will see 9835 Business Way on your right.

From the South (Nokesville):

From Route 28, just before the railroad tracks, turn left onto Wellington Road.

Immediately look for Cockrell Road, the first possible right turn, a "small country road."

Turn right onto Cockrell Road and immediately cross railroad tracks. Pass the Homestyle Inn on your right.

Turn right into Ashton Professional Center. Make an immediate left and you will see 9835 Business Way on your right.
